China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd will be one of the subcontractors of Ashtrom, the projects main contractor.

Etz Chayim Complex is situated in the vibrant heart of Jerusalem, directly above the bustling Machane Yehuda market, close to the light rail station, and within a short walk from the Old City. It features two luxurious towers crafted to the highest standards, offering 308 apartments ranging from 2 to 4 rooms, including penthouses. The project's second phase will see the addition of two more adjacent towers. The development will also include an NYX business hotel from the Fattal chain and the boutique Alliance House hotel, all within the complex.
