Gil Solomon & Co. has advised China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd in a Large Scale Construction Deal to build a Park and Ride parking lot for the benefit of the users of the blue line of the light rail in Jerusalem. The parking lot is a covered parking lot with 5.5 floors and contains about 960 spaces.

In addition, the works include the construction of an underground passage for vehicles and pedestrians.
