In a deal required a lot of legal ingenuity, our firm has advised Quantum Economics, structured the deal (with the help of EY over tax matters) and provided valuable legal and business input that was instrumental in consummating Israel's first purchase of the rights associated with a Blockchain Project on a DAO.
